and was awarded a Michelin star for his restaurant, Junoon. He has won rave reviews, awards and accolades as have his books! He has hosted and been a star guest on premier food shows across networks and the world. His humanitarian work has earned him global recognition. He has worked with the world's top chefs and is the toast of international celebrities and heads of state.

Vir Sanghvi is the best-known print and TV journalist of his generation in India, a columnist, talk show host, lifestyle and food connoisseur and critic.
Vir began piling up achievements from the young age of 22. Along the way, he has helmed renowned publications both newspapers and magazines and taken them to new heights. He also managed to run a successful parallel TV career, appearing on leading television channels like Doordarshan, CNN and NDTV to name a few. His areas of interest and activity have covered everything from news, politics, culture, lifestyle, trends and entertainment to food. He has been invited to be a member of several professional, academic and government bodies and has won awards for both his TV and print work.
